Characteristics:
Advanced color inkjet printing control system: advanced DOD piezo grey level printhead, together with up-to-date screening and RIP technology and excellent color management system, enables the image and text of the product finer and clearer.
Module design with flexible configuration:
printhead module and each control unit adopt the module design concept with the optional print width from 54 mm to 432 mm. The CMYK four color and spot color technology provides the complete solution for the label printing. The flexible configuration of width and color unit meets different printing needs.
Applicable to various print substrates:
eco-friendly and non-toxic UV ink are used to print a variety of substrates, such as various papers, foils and films, which enables curing and shaping at one time with stable print quality and being in line with international standards for environmental protection.
Accurate registering:
excellent closed-loop servo control system enables stable printing tension. In combination with precise mechanical positioning and advanced electrical positioning control, the system can achieve printing registering of ±0.05mm.
