Usage:
JYFM-1020 automatic high speed laminating machine is a machine specially designed for water-based glue, which also can be supplied to laminate with oil glue as well as pre-coated film. At first, the glue is coated on plastic film and dried through one large drying cylinder. Meanwhile, the feeder feeds the paper, which should be processed by the powder remover firstly into front guide and moves into laminating unit then. In this unit, the paper is laminated with glued film by pressing roller with heat and pressure. The machine with the advantage that quick heating and accurate temperature control. The laminated paper could be rewind or break off. Both manual collection and automatic delivery are available.

1.Non- stop feeder, with paper pre-loading function, automatically feeding paper. 2. High-precision front-side ruler, aligning paper automatically. 3. Used for multiple purpose, such as oil-type, water-based, and dry-type lamination. 4 Automatic hydraulic control system in laminating rubber roller, making pressure stable. 5. Big laminating steel roller and oil heating system, making temperature heating roller surface even and stable. 6. Equipped with double-wheel brush and hot pressing powder-removing unit. 7.
