It applicable to 80-600 grams papers,it is a preferred type for printed post-press glazing, can remove the powder in one time, bottom oil, water and UV on-line glazing, Use this equipment effectively shorten process and reduce labor. 1.STREAM FEEDER(with high speed feeder,8000 sheets/hour)
2.SHEET CLEANING UNIT (The standard model is with water cleaning unit, Wheel brush and electric heating is the optional function.)Remove the remaining dust after printing.Dusting function, add to the evenness and smoothness afterthe paper is glazed.
3.BASE COATING UNIT(can choose air-knife to fit 80-600g sheets coating)
Smear the foundation oil, to fill up the capillary function of the paper surface.Add the adhesiveness force between UV layer and the oil ink.Reduce the penetration of UV coatings, to keep the paper white. Saves the precious UV oil consumption.
Bottom oil coating head can do water/oil coating Standard configuration: control point start operation, paper roll, pneumatic stop sword scraping oil
4. AUTOMATIC CONSTANT TEMPERATURE IR LIGHT-BOX
Infrared drying equipment, can make drying homework after bottom oil coating. The whole independent wind room air suction, teflon conveyor mesh belt corrects automatically .
